Cap. 386 Art. 413Inspectors’ report to be admissible as evidence.

A copy of any report of inspectors appointed under article

404 or article 405 certified by the Registrar to be a true copy, shall be admissible in any legal proceedings as evidence of the opinion of the inspectors in relation to any matter contained in that report.
