Cap. 386 Art. 46Duty of liquidator to give information, to render account and prepare scheme of distribution.

(1) The liquidator shall, at the request of any of the partners, inform the partners as to the state and progress of the liquidation.

(2) As soon as the affairs of the partnership are wound up, the liquidator shall render an account of the winding up and of his receipts and payments and draw up a scheme of distribution.
