Each report made by the Auditor General under paragraph 5 of this Schedule shall be submitted to the Speaker of the House of Representatives not later than twelve months after the end of the financial year being reported upon, and the Speaker shall lay each such report before the House of Representatives on the next sitting of the House after receipt thereof by him.
