Cap. 41 Art. 36Testing of colouring matter.

(1) Any officer of customs may take samples of colouring matter from any package for the purpose of ascertaining the quantity of spirits at 57° Gay Lussac contained therein.

(2) The quantity of spirits at 57° Gay Lussac contained therein shall be ascertained by the government analyst or by the customs testing officer.

(3) If the quantity of spirits at 57° Gay Lussac so found in the
