Cap. 41 Art. 70Sale of spirits at a price less than the duty.

Every person, not being a distiller, who at any time sells, or otherwise disposes of spirits at a price lower than the amount of duty payable on such spirits, shall be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding twenty-three euros and twenty-nine cents (23.29), and to the payment of treble the amount of the duty.
