Cap. 41 Art. 78Power of entry and search by officer

Any officer may, at any time, either by day or by night, enter any part of the premises of, or house or place whatsoever belonging to, or made use of by a distiller, and search for, examine, gauge, and take an account of any distillery apparatus therein, and also any spirits or materials for the manufacture of spirits therein.
