Cap. 41 Art. 9Penalty for erection of distillery apparatus on premises not licensed.

Every person who, being a distiller or the manager or the person in charge of a licensed distillery, erects, plants, or works any distillery apparatus upon any premises other than those mentioned in the licence granted for such apparatus, shall be liable to a fine

(multa) not exceeding two hundred and thirty-two euros and ninety-

four cents (232.94) and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, and such distillery apparatus, and all spirits which may be proved to have been distilled on such premises, shall be liable to be forfeited.
