Cap. 410 Art. 13Reservations.

(1) As Malta is making such a reservation (reproduced in the Third Schedule to this Act) as is mentioned in the third paragraph of Article 26 of the Convention, the costs mentioned in that paragraph shall not be borne by any Minister or any authority in Ma1ta.

(2) Malta is also making a reservation to the effect that communications sent to the central authority shall be accompanied by a translation in English.
