TITLE 1 – COMPLAINTS, INVESTIGATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT
In conducting its investigations, the Investigations Unit shall be guided by the principle of reasonableness as established in article 20, and may consult with the Board to determine what is reasonable as the case may be, with investigations being suspended pending the outcome of any such reference by the Investigations Unit to the Board.
