Cap. 417 Art. 3Appointment and duties of Comptroller.

(1) The administration of this Act shall be entrusted to the

Comptroller of Industrial Property, hereinafter referred to as "the

Comptroller".

(2) The Comptroller shall be appointed by the Minister.
