Cap. 417 Art. 44BProcedure to be adopted by the Patents Tribunal.

(1) In the case of a notice for revocation filed directly before the Patents Tribunal, the Tribunal shall, as soon as possible upon receiving a notice for revocation of a patent, notify the owner of the patent who shall within ninety days from the date of service file his reply.

(2) The Patents Tribunal shall hear and determine the case for revocation as far as possible within nine months from the date of the institution of the case.

(3) The Patents Tribunal shall regulate its own procedure.
