Cap. 418 Art. 9Staff appointments.

Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Act, the appointment of officers and other employees of the Authority shall be made by the Authority. The terms and conditions of employment shall be established by the Authority without prejudice to any supervision, however so described, that may be undertaken in accordance with the Constitution of Malta.
