Where the issue or renewal of a licence has been refused, the Authority shall inform the applicant forthwith of such refusal and the applicant may appeal therefrom to the Administrative Review

Tribunal established in terms of article 5 of the Administrative

Justice Act and the provision of this Act shall apply to such an appeal.
