The Minister may, after consulting the Director, prescribe regulations regarding the authorisation for, and the inspections and supervision of, the manufacture, importation, wholesale distribution, research, brokering, marketing, prescribing, dispensing, supply, retail, advertising, provision of data on sales and use of veterinary medicinal products, active substances and veterinary medical devices.
