Cap. 442 Art. 32Defects.

An act of a society or of a committee of management or of an officer of the society shall not be deemed to be invalid as against third parties by reason only of the existence of some defect in the constitution of the society or of the committee of management or in the appointment or election of an officer or on the ground that such officer was not qualified to be so appointed.
