(1) Any regulation or order made, or any licence granted, under the provisions of the Food, Drugs and Drinking Water Act prior to its repeal by this Act shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, or of any regulations made thereunder, continue in force and have effect as if they had been made or granted under the relative provisions of this Act.

(2) Any legal proceedings instituted under the Food, Drugs and Drinking Water Act prior to its repeal shall continue as if those proceedings had been commenced under this Act.
