Cap. 458 Art. 65Special provisions.

Without prejudice to the provisions of this Part, the

Licensing Authority may by rules establish additional requirements for the wholesale distribution of:

(a) narcotic or psychotropic substances;

(b) medicinal products derived from blood;

(c) immunological medicinal products;

(d) radiopharmaceuticals;

(e) such other medicinal products or class or classes of medicinal products as the Minister may prescribe.
