Cap. 458 Art. 72Suspension or revocation of pharmacy licence.

The Licensing Authority may suspend a pharmacy licence granted under this Act for such period as it may determine or may revoke, or vary the provisions of any such licence in any of the following circumstances:

(a) where any matter stated in the application on which the licence was issued is false or incomplete

(b) where a material change of circumstances has occurred in relation to any of those matters;

(c) where the provisions of the licence have been contravened by the licensee; or

(d) in any other circumstance as may be established by or under this Act: Provided that the Licensing Authority shall notify the licensee of the decision giving detailed reasons for such decision.
