Cap. 458 Art. 78Licensee may employ one or more pharmacists.

The licensee shall employ a pharmacist to carry out the responsibilities of a managing pharmacist and shall provide all the support and in no way interfere with the managing pharmacist’s or a pharmacist's professional responsibilities in the performance of his duties as defined in by or under this Act or under any other law.
