Cap. 458 Art. 92Licence for sale of poisons.

(1) The licence mentioned in article 91 shall only be granted to manufacturers of, and dealers in chemical products, colorists and such other persons as require to make use of poisons in the exercise of their trade or profession.

(2) Such licence shall show the name and surname of the licensee, his trade or profession, and the place in which he intends to carry on such trade or profession and any other information as may be established from time to time by rules made by the Licensing Authority.
