(1) The Board shall, once every three years, appoint auditors or firms of auditors, duly certified under the provisions of the Accountancy Professions Act, to conduct reviews of the

Directorate’s operations.

(2) The auditors or firms of auditors appointed under subarticle

(1) shall be independent of the Director and the work of the Directorate and, on completion of the review, shall submit a written report to the Board.
