Cap. 464 Art. 33Saving of proceedings under other laws.

Any investigation carried out by a relevant Council and any disciplinary proceedings initiated before the Disciplinary Committee shall be without prejudice to any other criminal, civil, administrative or disciplinary proceedings which may be taken against the person concerned under the provisions of any other law.
