Cap. 464 Art. 41Separate proceedings.

Proceedings by a relevant Council under this Act shall be without prejudice to the taking of criminal action on the same facts against the party liable, and criminal action on such facts shall not be an obstacle to the taking of disciplinary action by the relevant Council.
