For the avoidance of any doubt, the provisions of Sub-Title

II of Title V and of Sub-Title III of Title IX of Part II of Book First of the Criminal Code shall, mutatis mutandis, apply when the offences mentioned therein are committed to the detriment and to the prejudice of the European Communities and references, in those articles, to "public act" shall be construed as references to acts and instruments according to the provisions of this article.
