Cap. 510 Art. 39Appointment of officers and employees of the Authority.

The Board shall appoint and employ, at such remuneration and upon such terms and conditions as it may, in accordance with article 38, determine, such officers and employees of the Authority as may from time to time be necessary for the due and efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority.
