Cap. 514 Art. 21Disclosure of retirement scheme information.

(1) The retirement scheme and Retirement Scheme

Administrator shall comply with any Pension Rules regarding the submission to the competent authority and the publication and availability to members and beneficiaries of a document, known as "scheme particulars", containing information about the retirement scheme.

(2) A retirement scheme and Retirement Scheme Administrator shall comply with any other disclosure requirements as may be required by Pension Rules, including the type of documents to be issued, the form and content of any document that may be required and to whom such documents are required to be provided.
