Cap. 520 Art. 16Court may determine conduct of proceedings.

The Court, on the application of a party or class member, may issue any decree it considers appropriate with respect to the conduct of collective proceedings to ensure its fair and expeditious determination and, for this purpose, may impose such terms on the parties as it considers appropriate.
