Cap. 549 Art. 46Publication of the National Strategy for the Environment or its reviews.

(1) When the National Strategy for the Environment or a review thereof has been completed, the Minister shall publish the strategy together with a statement of the representations received and the responses made to those representations.

(2) Representations on the strategy are to be submitted to it within a specified period of not less than six weeks.
