Cap. 549 Art. 9Delegation of power.

Subject to retaining overall control and supervision, and otherwise observing the provisions of this Act, the Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, delegate any one or more of its functions under this Act under such conditions as it may deem appropriate. Notice of any such delegation shall be published in the Gazette. The Authority shall have the right to retract such delegation at its sole discretion with immediate effect.
