Cap. 552 Art. 104Certified copies of certain documents.

In any proceeding or prosecution under this Act, a copy of any order, notice, decision or other document purporting to have been made under this Act and purporting to have been signed by the Executive Chairperson, shall be accepted as evidence of the order, notice, decision or other document, and of the facts appearing therein, without further proof.
