Cap. 552 Art. 4Application of article 3.

The provisions of article 3 shall not be directly enforceable in any court, but, notwithstanding this, the principles therein contained are fundamental to the Government of Malta and these principles shall be employed in the interpretation of the other provisions of this Act or of any other law relating to matters governed by this Act.
