Cap. 552 Art. 8Delegation of power.

The Authority may, in accordance with the provisions of this Act and with the approval of the Minister, delegate any one or more of its functions under this Act under such conditions as it may deem appropriate. Notice of any such delegation shall be published in the Gazette.
