Cap. 563 Art. 21Suspicion of irregularity.

If a person within the Authority has reason to suspect any irregularity and, or has reason to suspect that a criminal offence is about to be or is committed on public funds or property, he shall refer the matter forthwith to the Chief Audit Officer, and shall supply to the said Chief Audit Officer all information in his possession relating thereto.
