Cap. 566 Art. 13Common provisions for the governing bodies of the Institute.

(1) Any question proposed for decision at any meeting of any governing body of the Institute shall be determined by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting, and if on any such question the votes are equally divided the member Provided that such persons shall continue so to hold office, despite the expiry of their term, until the election or appointment of another person to substitute that person.
