All applications for review filed in the Juvenile Court in accordance with article 4(5) of the Children and Young Persons (Care Orders) Act, Act before the coming into force of this Act shall continue to be heard by the said Court until they are so determined: Provided that an appeal under article 45, from a decision of the Juvenile Court made under article 4(5) of the Children and Young Persons (Care Orders) Act, shall lie to the Court of Appeal upon the lapse of eighteen months from the date on which the Juvenile Court delivers its judgment.
