Where the cohabitants change the house considered to be the ordinary, primary, common home according to their contract of cohabitation without amending the said contract as prescribed in article 11(a), the provisions which they had stipulated in the contract of cohabitation with regard to the ordinary, primary, common home according to article 8(a) shall apply to the new ordinary, primary, common home in the same manner.
