Cap. 571 Art. 7Registration of the contract of cohabitation.

(1) The registration of a contract regulating cohabitation between two parties is essential for the validity of the said contract with regard to the rights and duties of third parties.

(2) The registration of a contract governing cohabitation between two parties cannot operate to validate a contract of cohabitation which independently of that registration is null.
