PART II
The rights and responsibilities on those lands which by virtue of a law, order or notice have been disposed to the Malta
Industrial Parks Limited (C-28965) and to the Lands Authority by virtue of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance or the Housing
Authority Act shall still be held by the said Malta Industrial Parks
Limited (C-28965) and the Housing Authority.
