(1)The Minister shall have the power to determine by regulation that the Bank shall be required to conform mutatis mutandis with certain banking supervisory laws and regulations, in whole or in part, in order to safeguard the conduct of proper business operations by the Bank.

(2) Regulations under sub-article (1) may also introduce provisions concerning disclosure, reporting and submission duties of the Bank to the competent authorities, as well as information, inquiry and auditing rights of the Auditor General.
