Cap. 574 Art. 41Regulations by the Minister.

(1) Without prejudice to the autonomy of the Bank, the Minister may make regulations to enhance the prudential regulation of the Bank.

(2) The Minister may, by regulations, amend the First, Second and Third Schedules of the Second Schedule (Malta Development Bank Supervisory Board Regulations).
