Cap. 583 Art. 3Gaming sector to be supervised.

(1) The gaming sector in Malta shall be governed and supervised by means of proper regulation of relevant activities and practices in line with the regulatory objectives and governing principles established by this Act.

(2) The Minister shall determine Malta’s general policies not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act for the gaming sector and its governance and supervision.
