Cap. 591 Art. 44Prescription for offences and infringements. 

The prosecution of a criminal offence or the initiation of proceedings to impose an administrative penalty under the Act or under any other law which the Authority is entitled to administer or enforce shall be prescribed by the lapse of two years from the date on which the offence or infringement is alleged to have been committed.
