Cap. 595 Art. 9Specialised units.
Title 1 - Organisation
(1) The Prime Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Third Schedule to:
(a) establish specialised units;
(b) determine their function to be executed within a defined period;
(c) determine the position under which the Head of Unit shall be appointed.
(2) The Head of Unit shall report to his immediate superior and, or to the Permanent Secretary.
(3) All employees within the specialised units shall be governed by the public administration values and code of ethics established by this Act.
