Cap. 601 Art. 16Payments of accounts by accounting officers.

An accounting officer shall pay an account after it has been ascertained that the provisions of this Act and of any regulations made thereunder relating to the payment of accounts, have been complied with and that the payment of the account is in accordance with proper authority.
