Cap. 601 Art. 69Guidelines for accounting and reporting.

(1) The Permanent Secretary responsible for finance, shall issue guidelines for accounting of the assets of ministries, departments and public entities, and for the recording and reporting of these assets.

(2) The Permanent Secretary responsible for finance and the Accountant General, shall issue guidelines for the management and control of the assets of public entities.
