Cap. 615 Art. 8Expiration and renewal of licence.

A licence shall, unless it is sooner cancelled, or in accordance with the provisions of this Act, remain valid until the expiration of five (5) years in respect of which it is issued, and shall be renewed after the expiration of the said period unless there are grounds not to renew the licence as provided under this Act.
