Cap. 618 Art. 21Exemption of liability.

The Fund, including the members of the Committee when acting in any function assigned to the Committee under any provision of this Act, and the employees of the Fund, as well as any person to whom a delegation was made in terms of article 6(2) and, or article 7(5), shall not be liable in damages for anything done or omitted to be done in the discharge or purported discharge of any such function or otherwise in the exercise of their official duties, unless the act or omission is shown to have been done or omitted to be done, as the case may be, through wilful misconduct.
