Cap. 620 Art. 16Failure of notification.

Where any of the persons involved in a foreign direct investment fails to notify the Office in terms of article 11, the investment shall automatically be considered to be in violation of the provisions of this Act and the Office may, at its own discretion, take all necessary measures to unwind the said investment.
