Title VII of Part I of Book Second of the Code of Organization and
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Criminal Code, the
Attorney General shall always have a right of appeal from any judgement given by the Courts of Magistrates (Malta) or by the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) in respect of proceedings for any offence against this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
