Cap. 633 Art. 8Enforcement of decision.

Where a decision relating to measures has been registered according to article 7, the Court of Appeal shall have the same powers for the purpose of enforcing the decision as if it had been made by it and proceedings for or with respect to its enforcement may be taken accordingly.
